Abstract
Internal demand
This part of the paper talks about thefirst part of my internship assignment. It maps internal
stakeholders, and formulates a solution to their problem. This part of the thesis has a clear
theoretical foundation within ESP, the design of practical coursework constructed on this
foundation, and a developmental process that changes the course during and after different moments of teaching.
External demand
External stakeholders in the form of paying customers. For this group of
stakeholders there are only preliminary research and needs analyses available. No real courseware has been developed yet, because this will have to be developed in the future. It focuses primarily on courses that address the possibility of the future purchase of a CAT-tool that helps in standardizing the quality of translation, and on creating courses ready for official accreditation. The development of courses around CAT-tools is something to be focused on in the future.
