This thesis investigates the social factors that significantly impact the sustainability of the Acropolis Museum, aiming to uncover the dynamics between the museum's social initiatives and its overall sustainability. The primary goal is to ascertain how social elements, encompassing community engagement, inclusivity and participation, contribute to the museum's long-term sustainability. Through an in-depth examination of the Acropolis Museum's social sustainability initiatives, the research aims to identify key strategies, programs, and community interactions that influence the institution's ability to foster a sense of shared cultural responsibility. The study explores how the museum engages with diverse audiences, promotes inclusivity, and adapts to changing societal expectations, emphasizing the role of social factors in shaping its sustainable practices.
