This research addresses how perceived justice influences the organizations’ perceived amount of value creation and value capture in an emerging healthcare related ecosystem. Subsequently, the aim of this research has been to gain insight into how perceived justice influences the organizations’ perceived amount of value creation and value capture in an emerging healthcare related ecosystem. This has led to the following research question: How does perceived justice influence the organizations’ willingness to participate in an emerging healthcare related ecosystem? This research is a qualitative and deductive research that has been conducted in the form of a case study. Subsequently, the data have been collected through desk research and field research. Following this, the data analysis method that has been used for this research to code the transcripts was deductive coding. The results of the research show among others that perceived distributive justice has a positive influence on the organizations’ perceived amount of value creation and value capture. However, they also show that perceived procedural, interpersonal and informational justice do not have a positive influence on the organizations’ perceived amount of value creation and value capture. Answering the research question leads to the conclusion that in the case of this research perceived justice influences the organizations’ willingness to participate in an emerging healthcare related ecosystem.en_US
