Abstract
As an adult professional who has a intersectional diversity personal profile I decided to write this project using both my personal experiences living with a disability and as a member of the LGBT+ community. By using these experiences, records, notes and dialogues with other colleagues in similar situations to mine, I developed an hypothesis that portraits the apparent lack of support inside minority groups in Europe. To do so we developed a qualitative CLD and a quantitative S&F model.
