dc.description.abstractIn this research I have adapted the existing reading list used by EFL students of HAVO 4 at Titus Brandsmalyceum and incorporated this into a tool called the List-Twist which changes the way students navigate through the list. I have found that students feel overwhelmed by the size and lack of clarity of the subjects and themes of the books on the original reading list. In contrast students who had used the List-Twist showed a postive attitude towards the increased guidance that it provided because it resulted in a simplified process.
