Furthermore, stakeholder interaction is recognized in previous research as an essential factor to improve organizational sustainability. Therefore, based on the stakeholder theory and resource dependence theory, this study examines the influence of interaction with primary and secondary stakeholders on the relationship between SBMI and firm performance in the context of the Dutch constructi on sector. This study employs a quantitative research design involving a survey , the analysis utilizes multiple regression analysis. The results this study show a non significant positive effect on firm performance, but a significant negative effect on no n financial performance was revealed in sensitivity analysis. This research concludes that the interaction both with primary and secondary stakeholders was found to weaken the relationship between SBMI and firm performance. These findings provide theoretic al and managerial implications for Dutch construction companies to achieve sustainable development and enhanced firm performance.
