Abstract

The purpose of this study was to qualitatively examine how employees perceive and experience internal communication in the food and beverage industry. The dataset consists of transcripts from ten semi-structured interviews conducted with employees from the Food and Beverage Department at Radboud University. The interviews, which lasted an average of 49 minutes (range: 28–111 minutes), were audio-recorded, transcribed, and anonymized. The dataset also includes a spreadsheet containing thematic segments of interview utterances, labeled with corresponding open codes, themes, and subthemes. Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis was used to analyze the data.
