dc.description.abstractThe goal of this research is to advise Centric PSS directors on how to stimulate employee innovative behavior by providing insight into the mechanisms through which employee innovative behavior is influenced by employee psychological safety, employee psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership. In order to formulate an advice, the relationships between these variables must first be understood. Therefore, the following research question was formulated: How is innovative behavior influenced by psychological safety, psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership?
