Abstract
This paper investigates the relationship between trust and control in an intra-organizational relationship in the Radboud University. One faculty (Nijmegen School of Management) and the ICT provider (ICT Service Centre) are investigated. Using multiple perspectives provided by literature the exact situation is characterized, bottlenecks are discovered, and possible solutions are provided.
