The aim of this study is to contribute to the knowledge of power dynamics in decision-making processes in small groups. Power dynamics are analyzed by researching the individual exhibited dominance behaviour. In addition, the small group decision-making process is researched by small group decision-making outcomes on micro-level. Since, little is known about the actual exercise of power in small groups. This study contributes to the literature on dominance behaviour and the literature on decision-making processes. It is based on the study of Schmid Mast (2010) who describes a power and behaviour model. The current literature of the decision-making process describes little about the decision-making outcomes and there is no literature available on the sub-outcomes. This study researches the decision-making outcomes on micro-level, and thus contributes to the literature.en_US
