Penny for your Thoughts? An investigation into the dilemma-board as a means to influence ethical culture

Abstract

Recent scandals surrounding public figures have pushed ethical behaviour into the public eye (Karlsson, 2017). Ethical behaviour is described as “any action that has a consequence of providing some benefit to, or improving the wellbeing of, another person.” (Al-Haddad & Kotnour, 2015). This provides a very broad description, which explains why ethical behaviour has the opportunity to influence many parts of our lives.
