Abstract
The capacity of what we can do online is increasingly getting closer to what we can do in the physical world. Some people call the physical world the real world but is it truly more real than the online world? People’s increased presence in metaverses, in turn, also generates increasing business and government interest for their own presence in them. This work endeavours to look at how companies present themselves in relation to the metaverses they are in. In this it will be a comparative and study between Three metaverses, Decentraland, Worlds of You and the Betterverse. Within this comparing an Critical discourse analysis approach as well as an object analysis are used to answer these questions about company presence in the metaverse.
