This master thesis conducted a practice-oriented diagnostic study that focuses on the influence of leadership style on the level of employee engagement at RST. The objective of the research is to provide recommendations to RST's HR-Director for improving the level of employee engagement. The literature review shows that transformational leadership covers four dimensions and employee engagement covers three dimensions. In addition, the literature shows that transformational leadership style has a positive impact on the level of employee engagement. Based on the collected data, it could be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive impact on the level of employee engagement, although the desired impact is not reached. Based on the findings, four recommendations have been formulated that are in line with activities that the organization is currently working on.en_US
