This thesis investigates housing policy made with different stakeholders within the Achterhoek region. It tries to find if accessibility plays a role in housing policy in the Achterhoek. The main research question is: ‘’What is the influence that housing corporations and municipalities have on the transport accessibility in the Achterhoek?’’. The theoretical basis for this thesis is network theory and transport justice. These theories help ground the research within the theoretical debate. The research is a qualitative case study. Through interviews an answer to the main research question was sought. The main conclusion from this thesis is that accessibility does not play a role in the housing policy of the different stakeholders.en_US
