Abstract
No formal abstract present. it's about using a novel technique developed at the Donders called 'task-potency' that can look at the way that the brain's functional connectivity is modulated across different cognitive domains (relative to the resting-state basic connectivity architecture). We applied this in a large dataset (>500 subjects) of individuals with and without autism spectrum disorder that all did a resting state fMRI scan and multiple task fMRI scans. We found some interesting results, including that the method is quite sensitive to heterogeneity in the population.
