dc.description.abstract | Finding a balance between work-life and private life is an important topic in contemporary society. This cross-sectional study examines the relationship between inclusive leadership and work-life balance, using the social support theory as a theoretical foundation. This theory suggests that support contributes to individuals' well-being (Lakey & Cohen, 2000). This study also explores whether perceptions of different work-life balance practices (flexible work-arrangements, personal/family leave policies and organizational support) mediate the relationship between inclusive leadership and work-life balance. Researchers conducted a questionnaire to test these relationships in a sample of 183 respondents. The results reveal a positive relationship between inclusive leadership and work-life balance. However, the findings indicate that perceived practices do not mediate the relationship between inclusive leadership and work-life balance. Nevertheless, this study reveals a significant relationship between inclusive leadership and employees’ perceptions of work-life balance practice. Remarkably, these practices do not directly correlate with work-life balance itself. | |
