The current study focusses on the psychometric properties of the third, Dutch version of the Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test. This is a neuropsychological memory battery which originated in 2008 and was translated to Dutch in 2011. There has been some research towards the psychometrics of this battery in different languages, but the psychometrics of the Dutch version are largely unknown, which is why this study will focus on them. Internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability, convergent validity and the factor-structure were analysed with a dataset containing 310 healthy participants. The internal consistency reliability appeared to be acceptable. The test-retest results was considered poor. The convergent validity when compared to the WMS-IV-NL appeared to be acceptable. The factor-analyses revealed a 3-factor model. Overall, this research has met its goal by exploring the psychometric properties of the RBMT-3-NL, but there are still aspects which should be studied. Use the RBMT-3-NL, but with caution.en_US
