| dc.description.abstract | This study explores the diverse experiences of international students in relation to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at a Dutch university. By examining how DEI initiatives and policies are implemented, the research aims to understand the challenges and perspectives of international students. Through interviews and analysis of policy documents, the study reveals the different aspects of international students' experiences and identifies areas that need improvement. To create a more inclusive and supportive environment, the study emphasizes the need to improve academic experiences, support services, and employment opportunities. These findings contribute to existing literature and provide valuable insights for institutions looking to enhance their DEI policies, promoting the well-being and academic success of international students. | |
