Abstract
This study probes the potential and challenges of AI systems in healthcare. Specifically, stereotypes and biases in ChatGPT concerning willingness to quit smoking and health consciousness among generated smoker and non-smoker personas are explored. The research question revolves around the frequency of ChatGPT's utilization of stereotypical language and biases in emotional sensitive characteristics and image characteristics in personas generated for smokers and non-smokers.
The research method employed in this study involves the analysis of smoker and non-smoker personas generated by ChatGPT.
