dc.description.abstractWithin this thesis, a retrospective exploratory multiple case study has been conducted on two Dutch secondment companies about their experience dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This to gain further insight on how resilience capabilities influence organisational flexibility during a crisis. During this study, semi structural interviews and internal documentation were used to make observations. These observations where translated with the literature to gain further insights on both concepts and to formulate a theoretical framework. This theoretical framework shows the different influence each type of resilience capability has on organisational flexibility. The conclusion of this thesis was that certain types of resilience capabilities influence certain aspects of organisational flexibility. Therefore, further building upon the existing literature.
