This master thesis examines how task-related collaborative behaviours effect the perceived individual task performance in the context of working from home. Task-related collaborative behaviours are information exchange, cooperation and coordination. The effects between these variables are investigated via a self-administered questionnaire which has been filled in by individuals who work at least 1 day from home and work in a team as well. The findings indicate that there is no significant effect of information exchange and cooperation on the perceived individual task performance when working from home. Coordination, on the contrary, has a positive effect on the perceived individual task performance when working from home. No significant mediation effect for cooperation on the effect of coordination on perceived individual task performance when working home was found. However, there has been found a positive effect of coordination on cooperation. This study controlled for differences in the number of working days and the number of days of working from home. No significant differences in the number of working days and the number of days working from home were found. This study will give valuable insights for strategic managers into the predictors of perceived individual task performance. These insights will help strategic managers to optimize performances during times that working from home is widely used.en_US
