dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the effect of technological process and/or organizational process innovations on the production costs of companies in the manufacturing industry. Goal of this research is to specify the innovation outcomes and to contribute to the cost part of the productivity paradox. This research has been executed as a quantitative study. The research results show that the implementation of organizational process innovations leads to a decrease in production costs. Technological process innovations do not have an effect on production costs. Furthermore, the interaction between organizational and technological process innovations on production costs does not show a significant impact. Scientific theories have been used which are common in the field of innovation. The results of this research are interesting, it contradicts scientific statements.en_US
