This bureaucratization is not the only difficulty for Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Other obstacles are changing accents in the field of themes and countries, changing power relations between the state and themselves and changing power relations between the global North and the global South. Many of these changes have to do with globalization, which means that we can expect even more rapid changes. This leads to the question to what extent NGOs are being influenced by changing governmental development policy, caused by globalization and its side effects. This question is the subject of this research.en_US
