Abstract
This thesis researches the adoption dynamics of nonfinancial impact measuring, reporting, and steering in the Dutch infrastructure sector. Alliander started measuring and reporting on nonfinancial impact in 2015 and a few other organizations followed. However, this trend is stagnating for unknown reasons. This research provides insight into the adoption dynamics of nonfinancial impact measuring, reporting, and steering, and describes enablers and barriers to accelerate the adoption process.
