Abstract
In the globalized world of the twenty first century, there is increasing mobility of people.
These highly mobile people or migrants “carry” with them various stock of human capital,
which, depending on different social, political and economic factors, have the potential to
contribute to the growth of the host and home economies and the individual actor. Human
capital, which includes the educational qualifications, experiences and social abilities of an
individual, is a key economic resource and a source of creative power in science and
technology, business, arts and culture and other activities. Thus migrants carry a huge
resource from their origin country to their destination countries.
