Abstract
In this research, I aim to incorporate a dynamic business model view for shared car and bike services in an urban context. By doing so, shared mobility services are encouraged to have a more holistic view, instead of concentrating on isolated, individual choices. This contributes, especially in the light of the disruptive environment of shared mobility, to a better understanding of value creating and capturing processes for these services. Finally, regulators are supported in assessing the impact of policies like investment fundings or promotion activities on the performance of shared mobility services.
