dc.description.abstract"This master's thesis evaluated the quality of the interaction of the employees operating at the cross-functional junctions of the matrix organizational structure at the NXP NL Test Center. Findings from the preliminary research pointed the researcher to study literature on industrial marketing management. The concept of value co-production was chosen to conduct effective collaborations with the local business lines that aim at strengthening the business partnership. For this purpose, it was decided to conduct qualitative evaluative research based on the value co-production assessment criteria. The social attributes of individuals engaged in the co-production of value were evaluated from the perspective of emotional intelligence and social capital. The main finding is that, although general levels are quite high - suggesting that assessment criteria are often being met - to some extent there are pronounced imbalance values of interpersonal skills that lead to imbalanced or low values of the co-production of value."en_US
