Abstract
This study aims to clarify the impact of inclusive leadership on transformational change within BAM Netherlands and offer recommendations for utilising inclusive leadership in this context. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive insights into the role of inclusive leadership in driving transformational change. Additionally, the study seeks to uncover key factors and dynamics associated with this relationship, contributing to a deeper understanding of both inclusive leadership and transformational change. Through achieving these objectives, this thesis endeavors to provide valuable insights for leadership development, ultimately fostering sustainable change within BAM. The data analysis reveals a nuanced relationship between inclusive leadership and organisational transformation, highlighting intriguing patterns even in the absence of a direct correlation between inclusive leadership and transformational change.
