Abstract
This study furthers the research done by Huang et al. (2014). It has looked at the effect of sustainability focused incentives and how this influences the relationship between environmental consciousness and green customer behaviour in the hospitality industry. The study focuses on examining how sustainability focused incentives can change guests' actions and therefore improve the overall performance of a hotel. The research was done using a quantitative method utilizing a questionnaire. It found that sustainability focussed incentives do not significantly impact green customer behaviour. Second it found that age and gender are significant factors and education was not significant.
