Game theory is a bag of analytical tools designed to help us understand the phenomena that we observe when decision-makers interact. The basic assumptions that underlie the theory are that decision-makers pursue well-defined exogenous objectives (they are rational) and take into account their knowledge or expectations of other decision-makers’ behavior (they reason strategically). Urban land readjustment is a collective action and therefore interdepend to others decisions, which makes it possible to count it to a game in a strategic form. A strategic game is a model of interactive decision-making in which each decision-maker chooses his plan of action once and for all, and these choices are made simultaneously. Actors in an urban land readjustment scheme have to deal with bounded rationality and use certain negotiation styles related to rationalities. By researching the influence of bounded rationality and linking actors with negotiation styles more can be known about the urban land readjustment tool. In practice it seems that not only the different actors act different but they also behave different compared to the same actors. It seems like there are certain factors that explain and influence the dealing of the actors instead of only acting different because of the sort of actor they are. These factors are both intern and extern to the different kind of actors. Some of these factors have an influence on other factors and can possible be used in the process of urban land readjustment. Bounded rationality seems to take part within all the actors, some of theme more than others. Also bounded rationality is a mechanism that has a relation with the factors that influence the behavior of the actors.
