Abstract
Employee satisfaction is widely recognized as a key driver of company performance. However, its specific impact on the real estate sector remains underexplored. This thesis investigates this relationship using data obtained from LSEG Workspace. Performance is measured via Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Dividends, and Employee Turnover, while employee satisfaction is assessed through variables like Flexible Working Hours, Policy Career Development, and others. Contrary to expectations, the multivariate regression analysis revealed no significant correlation between employee satisfaction and the performance measures. These findings suggest that other factors may significantly influence company performance in the real estate sector, warranting further research.
