dc.description.abstract | This research explored how labor is divided between different actors in a collaborative community and what the influence of the organizational structure of these actors is on the way labor is divided. This study provides insight in the division of labor of a collaborative community in the light of a systematic organizational design theory. In addition, it provides insight in the influence of different organizational structures on the way labor is divided in a community and how the organizational structure influences the type of participation of members in the community. This research was of a qualitative nature and applied an inductive approach to analyse interviews and documents in a single case study. | en_US |
