Self-organization, more than just shifting authority?
A research to the self-organizational structure of the south region of a large healthcare organization
A practice-oriented research to the self-organizational structure of the south region of a large healthcare organization. The research methods used are observations, semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Eleven principles describing the self-organizational structure on macro, meso and micro level of an organization are used to do a gap analysis to find out if what the theory prescribes is also implemented in the organization.
