The implementation of the omgevingsplan: What is the current state in the first half of 2020?

Abstract

This thesis consists of an exploratory research into the implementation of the omgevingsplan (at Dutch municipalities) as part of the Omgevingswet that will enter into force on 1 January 2022. By using abductive research methods, the researcher was able to draw up factors of both the internal organisation and the external context of the municipality that might influence this implementation process.
