Drone warfare is a new manner of warfare the US has heavily relied upon during its counterterrorism campaigns of the past decade. The claim presented in this text is that the manner in which the United States has conducted drone warfare is unjust and that the nation’s conduct risks conflict escalation and conflict proliferation. Research conducted relied on various sources in order to first prove the discrepancies between the reality of drone warfare and the United States’ own claims, secondly to prove the unjustness the drone warfare conducted by the US, and lastly to prove a link between the previous two notions and the possible consequences of causing conflicts to escalate or new conflicts to be born.  en_US
